Which size of period panty should I choose?

M/L fits waist 28–32 in (hip 36–44 in), L/XL fits waist 32–38 in (hip 36–44 in) and XL/XXL fits waist 38–42 in (hip 42–50 in). If you're between sizes, pick the larger one.

How do I wear and remove the overnight period panty?

Wear it like regular underwear. To remove, tear both side seams and pull it off, then roll it up, wrap it and throw it in the dustbin. Don't flush it.
