🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Items must be returned with all original tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on certain healthcare or personal care items once opened.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used personal care and healthcare products.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at checkout.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • A full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

If your return is rejected (due to use, damage, or missing packaging), the item will be sent back to you.


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

We’ll make it right — either with a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
