🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Items must be returned with all original tags, manuals, and accessories.

You must provide a proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
Please note: Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on certain healthcare or personal care items once opened.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:

A full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method.

If your return is rejected (due to use, damage, or missing packaging), the item will be sent back to you.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
